You must go through the booking agent/website that you went through in order to change your reservation.
You must be 18 years of age with a valid id to check in to the hotel.
We require a credit card at the time of booking. You must cancel at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax charged to your card. Please note that for special rates, packages and certain seasons, this policy is subject to change. Credit card deposit is required to check-in, we are unable accept cash deposits.

Yes, we have some connecting rooms at the hotel. You may make a request for connecting rooms when you reserve your rooms. However, they are subject to availability and not guaranteed. We accept requests for adjoining rooms as well and will always do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that adjoining rooms will be available. Requests can be made on the comments section at the end of the online booking process or calling ahead of travel.

We accept all major credit cards/debit cards. When you check in to the hotel, we will hold the full room and tax total, plus $100 for room charges. These charges will be released from your account within 5 days after check out. We do not accept checks. If you would like to check in to the hotel with cash, we will ask for the full payment of room charges, applicable taxes, and hotel fee. In addition, we will require a security deposit. Your security deposit may be refunded after your room has been inspected upon your departure.

We provide 110 volts outlets in every room, 60 cycles in Jamaica. Converters available upon request so plugging your electrical items will not be a problem.
Private transfers to and from the airport is offered (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact concierge desk with arrival and departure details 24 hours prior to have this service reserved. No shuttle service is available.
The local airport is the norman manley international airport (kin); located approximately 45 minutes from the hotel.
Guests are required to complete and sign a registration card at check-in, and provide a credit card imprint or cash deposit for incidental charges. A copy of your passport will be needed as well.
No nurse will be stationed on property; however, one will be on call if an emergency arises.
There is a water filtration plant on property, so drinking the water in your room is perfectly safe. Limited amount of bottled water is included in all the rooms.
